Our workshops provide a unique venue in which participants craft custom solutions to their most challenging organizational problems.

In a workshop, we facilitate a series of activities and exercises designed to help the group clearly define the changes they would like to see, then identify ways in which they can take incremental steps toward those changes. No two workshops are alike.

Consider a custom workshop if your organization:

• Is wrestling with a difficult challenge, like "How can we ship software with fewer bugs?"
• Needs to improve communication, either within a specific group or across groups
• Wants to improve morale

Unlike classes, where we teach a pre-set collection of skills and concepts, workshops are more open-ended.  The content of a workshop is entirely custom and driven by the needs of the group.
